What chances is there getting pregnant with some 1 who has had a vasectomy with a neg sperm count result?

I am now pregnant and my ex partner had undergone a sperm count - it came out negative. he had a vasectomy 7 years ago. would this mean i am in the clear and the father is my husband and not my ex partner???
