When can I get my ID back?

I forgot the pword to my yahoo id (hyperholly@yahoo.com) almost four months ago. I was told that after 90 days, I would be able to apply for it again. I have bills that get send to that address and newsletters. I have had that ID for 8 years and am very anxious to get it back. I have waited the 90 days, plus another whole month, and still....it tells me that it is not available? Does anyone know what else I can do to get it back?
