How do I deal with co workers that are playing games?

First of all, this is a job. You are not there to make friends with anyone; you are paid to accomplish specific tasks. If you feel that you are doing things that are not in your job description, pay a visit or call HR and have them tell you what is included in your job description. Remember, you are not paid for people to like you. Just show up, do your job, and leave at the end of the day. You will be a lot less stressed if you just keep that focus, and stop worrying about what the losers you work with think about you. In 30 years, will you even remember these people? Probably not. Keep your head up, and don't quit your job over petty things, especially in this economy!
