Am I Pregnant.?. . . .Trying to Conceive.?

So I had on the last day of my menstrual last month and he did inside me for sure. For the the past two weeks my have been very sore/tender to the point I hate bras and have increased in size(I have small s so a size increase is very noticeable). My are always erect too, and my areolas have darken a little. I figure Im constipated because I'll feel like I have a bowel movement but only one small, hard piece comes out. Like two weeks ago, I had a mucous-like slime on my stool. But it only happened once. Im not sure when my period will come because its very irregular. I've also been very cold and where I stay its been 89 degrees and up for the past 2 weeks. But I find myself under a blanket or hitting the off on on the AC. I really hope I am. Please Help.
