Advice for what to do this summer in re: to stepson? Kinda Long!!?

just flat out tell him that this is your household and your run it a certain way. And he can do whatever he wants when he is at his moms but when he is at your house he needs to abide by your rules. And hopefully by the end of the summer he'll get a better lifestyle
