Please would you take the time to read my take on life/philosophy and tell me what you think?

In other words are you saying, everything we do to achieve our place in this world including the arts, religion, altruistic behaviour and cooperation, is driven by the selfish motive of survival and ego? If so, I go part the way with you. I do think reward is the motive for everything we do, in the sense that a reward can be a smile, or a do-good feeling; and I agree with your idea on the origins of altruistic behaviour. Whether in our brief time frame, man can be thought of as evolving genetically is impossible to say, because evolution in sapiens has switched over to memetics which operate at many millions of times the speed of the selfish gene.
