What is he really trying to tell me,plsssssssssss help?

He likes you, but does not have a clue how to get you. He is scared he will screw it up. Walk over to him one day, and tell him something like this, "Are you ever going to ask me out, or are you just going to stare at me for the rest of our lives?" It worked for me.
