I had a hysterectomy 3 months ago and still having no feeling in my stomach. Is this normal?

That is very normal, hysterectomy, c-section, anything that cuts you open in that area cuts all of the nerves and muscles and everything. You will gradually get feeling back, i dont think it ever comes back fully but it takes a good 6 months to a year for the majority of the feeling to come back
