Help with my leopard gecko!!!!!!!!!?

I just noticed a soft,squishy lump under my leo's armpit! it is about the size of a nickle. It is too big to be a blister, i think. What is it? we have him with 2 other geckos but I don't think it is from either of them i need some answers!!! Please help! Thanx
